
O2 Flagship, Manchester
I led one of the Environments design teams while working with the inspiring team at Dalziel and Pow, managing client relationships and ensuring we brought bold, engaging ideas to life.
This particular project came from the realisation that people no longer wanted—or needed—to visit a traditional mobile phone store. We reimagined the retail experience for O2, turning it into an open, welcoming space for discovering new tech, exploring brand collaborations, and connecting through community events.
This project reflects my experience in shaping spaces that not only represent a brand but also feel personal and relevant to the people using them. I focus on listening, adapting, and designing with empathy—so the spaces I create feel truly tailored to you and your needs.
